The Connecticut Society of Eye Physicians represents more than 300 Eye MDs in the State of Connecticut - and their patients. We work to insure the best quality eye care for all the citizens of Connecticut through education and advocacy.

On the educational front, CSEP hosts two major events each year. These events have Continuing Medical Educational Programs for Eye MDs and Ophthalmic technicians. Nationally recognized experts update our members on the latest developments and techniques.

As advocates for our patients, CSEP takes an active role in working with HMOs and insurers to insure that the latest and most beneficial medications and procedures are available to our patients. We also work with the Connecticut General Assembly and State Regulatory Agencies to insure that all Connecticut citizens have access to top quality medical care.
